The careful selection in the vineyards and low-pressure pressing preserve the authentic spirit of the key grapes – Viosinho, Gouveio, Moscatel, Malvasia Fina and Rabigato – while the classic bâtonnage ageing adds a subtle mineral complexity. It would pair wonderfully with some aged cheeses.”
