Produced with the finest varieties from the estate, this wine boasts excellent ageing potential. Esporão was born in Alentejo from an unconditional desire to make the best wines; that motivation is the legacy of all its productions and the main reason for expanding into other products and regions. The Esporão Estate, situated in the heart of Alentejo in Reguengos de Monsaraz, offers unique agricultural conditions – wide temperature swings, poor and varied soils, and extraordinary biodiversity that helps produce in harmony with the environment. With about 702 hectares of vineyards, olive groves and other crops nurtured by a Biological Production Method, it now incorporates around 40 grape varieties, four olive varieties, fruit trees and vegetable gardens.
