Description

Esporão Wine Company was born in Alentejo from an unwavering desire to produce the best wines. That motivation is the legacy behind all of its wines and the main reason for expanding its range into other products and territories. The Esporão estate, located in the heart of Alentejo in Reguengos de Monsaraz, offers unique agricultural conditions – large diurnal temperature swings, poor and varied soils, and extraordinary biodiversity that helps produce in harmony with the environment. With about 702 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, and other crops nurtured by a Biological Production System, the estate now includes around 40 grape varieties, 4 olive types, orchards, and vegetable gardens.
