Description

This Filoco is a delightful contradiction – simultaneously sweet and sharply acidic. The initial nose hints at a rich compote of ripe fruit, but the balsamic note, thanks to the Tinta Roriz, adds a surprising depth and tenacity. A full-bodied wine, showcasing the elegance of the Touriga Nacional, with a deeply coloured hue reminiscent of the Douro’s soil. Perfect with grilled beef, perhaps spiced with cumin or coriander.
