It’s a beautiful blend of Touriga Nacional and Aragonês, boasting a wonderfully creamy texture that’s surprisingly balanced by a bracing acidity – a testament to the unrelenting heat of the Alentejo. A shame it only received 15.5 points from *Revista de Vinhos*, but it’s absolutely begging for a pairing with grilled salmon; a match that promises to be utterly captivating.
