Gran Bajoz is one of the country’s most recognised and media‑savvy wines. Its name comes from the Bajoz River, which runs near the Zamorano town of Morales de Toro, and it is crafted from the Tinta de Toro grape, grown on vines that can reach up to 100 years old. A limited‑production wine that offers aromas of plum, blackberry, blueberry and spices on the nose, with persistence and elegance on the palate. A fine choice for those who enjoy the roundness of the region’s classic wines.
