Hat Trick Tinto

Description

This "Hat Trick" is a genuine Alentejo showstopper. The deep purple hue hints at the complexity unfolding on the nose – vanilla from well-worn oak, I’d wager – alongside ripe black fruit reminiscent of perfectly macerated blackberries. Blended with Syrah and Aragonez, alongside Touriga Nacional, it offers a remarkably firm structure and a surprising elegance. The finish is long and refined, almost like a magic trick, and would be absolutely superb with a grilled beef dish to really bring out its intensity.
