This Paço dos Infantes rosé is a delightful demonstration of the vibrant spirit of Alentejo tradition. Made with 100% Touriga Nacional, it’s the result of a full-cluster pressing, designed to extract maximum colour and flavour. A two-month maceration in stainless steel tanks has undoubtedly contributed to its impressive complexity – a virtue only time can truly cultivate. The finished rosé boasts beautiful salmon hues, with notes of blueberry and floral aromas, and a mouthwatering acidity that’s perfectly suited to pairing with a grilled fish or a seafood salad. Produced by the esteemed Herdade da Lisboa, where the Cardoso family has been diligently respecting the unique terroir of Vidigueira since 2011.
