This Arinto from Herdade das Servas suggests a remarkably long skin contact – a hint of longevity that certainly piqued my interest. The vibrant yellow hue is a good sign, bursting with green apple and lime, punctuated by a subtle tropical note hinting at a terroir that extends beyond the Alentejo. On the palate, it’s wonderfully fresh, intense, and mineral, finishing elegantly and persistently – a pairing that frankly, promises to be utterly divine with grilled fish or a seafood salad. A wine that, quite frankly, deserved those 93 points from Wine Review Magazine.
