Herdade do Esporão O Esporão Reserva Branco 2024 is an Alentejo classic, produced exclusively with organically grown grapes from the Esporão vineyards in Alentejo. A tradition accompanies the Esporão Reserva from the start: every year a new artist illustrates the labels, and each work tells a story that completes itself inside the bottle. The label is illustrated by architect Álvaro Siza Vieira. Made at the rhythm of nature, this wine reflects the diversity of the Esporão territories, evident in the different varieties and soils, as well as in the maturity of the vines and the people who, over the years, consistently produce this wine. The 2024 growing season had a Mediterranean‑Continental climate. Autumn and winter were milder and wetter; spring was also milder and very wet, followed by a dry summer with lower temperatures. Vinification: destemming, thermal cooling, pellicular maceration, pressing, static decanting, and fermentation at controlled temperatures: 74 % in stainless‑steel vats and 26 % in American and French oak barrels. Stage: six months in stainless‑steel vats and oak barrels on fine lees. Enology: Beatriz Mateus and José Luis Moreira da Silva. Prizes: 2014 Wines of Portugal Challenge – Premium Gold. Allergen information: Contains sulphites. SKU: 100166
