Herdade Do Moinho Tinto

Description

This Moinho, hailing from the Alentejo, clearly had a rather exuberant youth, spending 18 months in new French oak barrels. The result is a wine with a wonderfully rich texture and a ripe fruit aroma, subtly spiced from its extended ageing. A safe bet for grilled fish or beef dishes, particularly impressive considering its 26-month maturation – a truly complex and rewarding experience.
