Predominantly crafted from Trincadeira and Aragonez, it bursts with initial red fruit flavours, underpinned by a lovely earthy note that speaks to the land’s character. A subtle contribution from Alicante Bouschet adds welcome complexity, while nine months ageing – a mix of stainless steel and used oak – refines the fruit and lends a certain elegance.
