This “Imperfeito Três Pontos” from Vinho Verde clearly had a wonderfully sensitive day – hand-picked, gently pressed, and fermented at low temperatures. It’s a thoughtful approach, particularly for Loureiro and Arinto grapes, which, let’s be honest, require a little tenderness to truly unlock their refreshing character. Perhaps the traditional Avesso serving method – slightly before boiling point – will really finesse the wine and prepare us for a light, invigorating experience. Delicious with seafood or a cucumber and yogurt salad.
