This Invincible Nº2 is a proper wake-up call for the palate, born from vineyards dating back centuries nestled in the heart of the Douro. A blend of Malvasia Fina, bolstered by the robustness of Códega and the grace of Rabigato, it delivers a strikingly mineral-driven white with a bright citrus note – think cloves and lemon. The aging in French oak has thankfully smoothed out some of those Douro rough edges, adding a touch of refinement that beautifully complements the region’s earthy character. Seriously, it’s a fantastic match with grilled white fish or a classic *tempada* of sardines.
