This Mingorra Imaginem is a wonderfully intense expression of ripe fruit – think dark plum and caramelized fig, subtly spiced like a Syrah. The finish is remarkably persistent, thanks to the robust structure provided by the Alicante Bouschet. Definitely a wine to pair with grilled beef or a well-aged, quality cheese.
