This “Mar da Palha” (Hay Sea) rosé certainly seems to have lingered a little too long – those lees are remarkably persistent! Crafted from Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz, and benefiting from stainless steel aging and gentle temperatures, it delivers a refreshing burst of coastal Lisbon flavour. Seriously, it begs for some grilled fish or oysters – a classic pairing, really.
