Mirabilis The Mirabilis Tinto is inspired by the line of great wines from around the world, where textures, aromas, gravity and transparency are created. After a meticulous selection of the best parcels and a pristine harvest, this lot confronts the origin of the raw material, setting the concept of terroir aside. It is an irreplicable wine, not copyable year after year, with a heterogeneous composition of small quantities, only a few litres from each of our best barrels, undergoing a long trial phase until the final result. Mirabilis reflects the most in-depth vintages of Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo, manifesting as a dense, intensely aromatic, three‑dimensional wine with enormous physical persistence, deep and highly precise. A wine that overflows our comprehension… and calmly approaches human maturity. Additional oenological notes: 100% unfiltered. Stage: 12 months in new French oak barrels; barrel selection. Bottled in January 2023.
