This M.O.B. Vinha Senna is a real journey through the vines, predominantly driven by the Baga – delivering that lovely burst of ripe black fruit, you know? The Jaen adds a touch of refinement, and then there’s the Alfrocheiro, bringing in some wonderfully herbaceous notes. Seriously impressive balance, and absolutely stunning with a good grilled beef dish or a proper aged cheese.
