Description

This wine certainly seems to have spent some time basking in the Algarve sun. The pale greenish hue hints at the vibrant Syrah – you can really pick up its characteristic perfume. On the palate, it’s refreshing and full-bodied, finishing with a lovely salty note that brings to mind the sea, and of course, that signature Syrah acidity and freshness. Wonderful with grilled fish or seafood, really.
