Syrah and Alicante Bouschet add their flavour, but without disrupting the overall balance. Seriously, it pairs brilliantly with a hearty pork roast, or, if you’re feeling adventurous, a perfectly executed *leitão à alentejana* – a wonderful contrast, wouldn’t you agree?
