The nose reveals delicate floral notes alongside a subtle hint of tobacco, quite poetic, really. On the palate, the rounded tannins and structure suggest a vineyard that’s clearly allowed to mature gracefully, likely with a generous contribution from Aragonez and Trincadeira. Absolutely wonderful with grilled beef – a truly relaxing pairing.
