The deep violet hue immediately hints at the ripeness of the grapes, predominantly Alicante Bouschet and Aragonez. On the palate, you’ll find a firm acidity and notable tannins, balanced by a long, elegant finish – a lovely reminder of its time in French oak barrels. Quite brilliant with a slow-roasted lamb or a hearty fish stew.
