This Magnum from Monte do Zambujeiro is undeniably a delightful, easy-drinking wine – with a definite "don’t you dare judge me" vibe. The deep, almost dramatic dark red colour sets the stage, and the arrival is well-structured, brimming with ripe black fruit, violet nuances, and a hint of toasted almond. The Touriga Nacional and Aragonez contribute beautifully, with a fine tannin structure that lets the concentrated fruit really shine. It’s fantastic with a good pork pormadeira, but even better paired with a roasted pork loin – a truly satisfying combination.
