This Bairrada white, the “Moreish Pelicular,” seems to have been a rather intense project – so focused on freshness it nearly went bare! Notes of pollen and yellow fruit suggest a delicate character. The round palate delivers a genuinely pleasant experience, and that final spark of freshness is well-deserved, considering it’s a wine that’s garnered some recognition. It’s perfect alongside grilled fish or shellfish, really.
