This wine is crafted by selecting barrels containing wines from the 2014, 2016, and 2018 vintages. Its aroma is very complex, featuring balsamic and spice notes, along with truffle and subtle black fruit, concluding with a medicinal finish. It offers a complex mouthfeel, elegant and vibrant acidity, with fine, silky tannins that finish long and persistently. It pairs wonderfully with red meat, game, and aged cheeses. Limited and numbered to 730 bottles.
