This Arinto Bical has clearly had a rather wild youth, with its natural fermentation at a breezy 15°C. The resulting green citrus is so vibrant it practically glows, showcasing the Bical grape’s tropical and exotic tendencies. It delivers a nose of exotic fruit flavours, culminating in a refreshingly well-balanced wine – perfect with grilled fish and a generous helping of shellfish.
