This Pêro D’Alter is a delightfully mysterious ruby-violet wine, immediately hinting at a bold expression of ripe fruit. Crafted primarily from Trincadeira, Syrah and Aragonez, it’s a wonderfully round and appealing wine, perfect alongside a hearty beef roast – perhaps a Prado, to nicely temper its intensity.
