The Touriga Nacional, with its classic elegance, intertwines beautifully with the Touriga Francesa, which brings an unusually complex aromatic profile. The Aragonez, as always, provides the necessary structure and body, but here with a remarkable freshness hinting at a particularly stony terroir. On the palate, you’ll find notes of ripe red fruits, a touch of spice and a persistent finish, reminiscent of a fine cigar and a good piece of beef. An excellent pairing for stews, without a doubt.
