It’s a generously-structured wine with a velvety texture, reminiscent of a good dark chocolate, and the finish is remarkably satisfying. Grown in the ideal conditions of the Douro, the Roriz grape delivers an approachable yet characterful wine – a fantastic match for grilled beef, perhaps with a rich red wine reduction.
