This Pousio has undergone a rather sophisticated evolution, spending time in 500-litre French oak barrels – imparting a lovely toasted character that’s sure to please. Blended with a touch of Arinto, Verdelho and Alvarinho, it retains a surprising freshness typical of the Alentejo, beautifully balancing the region’s robust terroir with the lightness of the grapes. Definitely a fantastic match for grilled fish or seafood.
