This Primavera Baga Merlot is a delightful springtime invitation, boasting a colour that hints at the flavours to come. Classic Merlot notes of ripe black cherry intertwine beautifully with the distinctive Baga, offering an intensity that’s both familiar and utterly charming. Following six months ageing in oak, the tannins are wonderfully smooth and well-integrated, practically begging for a hearty grilled beef dish or, perhaps more traditionally, a delicious *feijão encanado*.
