This Malvasia Fina from Quinta das Maias is seriously impressive – apparently, *Revista de Vinhos* weren't exaggerating with their 16 points! It’s got a delicate floral character, a wonderfully balanced structure with refreshing vibrancy and layers of complexity, and a lingering finish that practically begs for another glass. Quite brilliant with sushi, of course, but equally delightful with a grilled fish – a perfect pairing, really.
