Quinta de Beiredos Escolha branco is made from Avesso and Arinto grapes, showing a clean, citrus‑hued colour with flavors of red apple and passionfruit. On the palate it is velvety, delivering intense freshness and a mineral profile. Restored over 30 years ago by its original owners, the Quinta was already known for the good maturation and quality of its grapes. Located in Santa Cruz do Douro, it has helped cement this Baião sub‑region’s reputation for excellent wines and sparkling wines. In 2016 the estate was bought by a new owner who upgraded the cellars while preserving traditional production methods.
