This Cabriz Biológico is already winning hearts (and 88 points!), boasting a deep ruby colour with a lovely violet hue – a promise of something truly invigorating. The nose is a vibrant celebration of fresh red berries, a beautiful tribute to the Touriga Nacional and Aragonez that make it up. It’s a genuinely lively expression of Dão, and would pair wonderfully with some grilled red meat or, perhaps, a delicious smoked dish.
