Born in the heart of the Setúbal Peninsula, this Camarate Doce is a delightful tribute to tradition, stemming from the Soares Franco family’s impressive 1914 legacy. Crafted from classic Loureiro and Alvarinho vines flourishing on the estate’s distinctive limestone and clay soils, sheltered by the Arrábida hills, it’s a remarkably pure expression of the region. The careful fermentation at a cool 18°C highlights the grapes’ delicate character – a perfect accompaniment to the estate’s renowned Azeitão cheese, and wonderfully suited to seafood and a generous slice of *pão de queijo*.
