Quinta de Santa Teresa Made from Touriga Nacional and Vinhão vines located on the upper slopes of the Quinta de Santa Teresa, above 350 m in altitude. To vinify this rosé, a “mosto de lágrima” (the liquid that forms the top of the must) is used, and a portion of the wine ages on wood. Quinta de Santa Teresa Rosé is a first‑category rosé, food‑friendly, and has good aging potential. Vinification: Grapes are received at the cellar in 24‑kg crates. After a manual selection, the grapes undergo destemming and pellicular maceration. The must ferments for about a year in wood. The wine is then stabilised and bottled. No animal derivatives are used in the process, making this wine suitable for vegan consumers. Special care was taken during vinification, minimizing any intervention, to produce a wine that expresses the particularities of the grapes and the terroir. Bottled in August 2023.
