This Mathusalem from Quinta do Crasto certainly arrived with a flourish! The meticulously selected grapes, transported in hefty 22kg crates, underwent a classification inspection worthy of a royal appointment. Fermentation, expertly managed in stainless steel tanks, preserved the purity of the Tinta Barroca, Touriga Francesa, Aragonez and Touriga Nacional grapes. The blend of inox and oak aging delivers a vibrant acidity – ideal for pairing with grilled fish or beef.
