It’s a seriously vibrant expression of the grape, brimming with dark ripe fruit and a subtle herbal lift, clearly reflecting the character of the Vouga mountain range. Remarkably full-bodied, with a good structure, it’s a compelling showcase of the grape’s ability to pick up the minerality of the surrounding soil. Really fantastic with black pork dishes or, frankly, a hearty feijoada.
