Grown on vines nestled alongside the Rio Minho, benefiting from a granite terroir and a seriously enthusiastic south-facing aspect (60-80 metres up!), it bursts with intense, fruity aromas and a refreshing acidity. The finish is remarkably long and persistent, perfect alongside grilled white fish or a seafood soup, really.
