Quinta do Sobral Vinha da Neta Reserva (Red) is made from a selection of traditional Dão grape varieties. It presents a refined, harmonious aroma full of mineral and wild‑fruit notes, with subtle smoky undertones. On the palate the wine showcases delicate tannins, a vivid fruit presence, and a long, elegant finish. Quinta do Sobral is a family project of Cristina Simões and Jorge Loureiro, located in the heart of the Dão wine region, in the historic town of Vila de Santar. Here the tradition of planting vines on poor granite soils among the pinewoods is maintained, as is the cultivation of the traditional varieties that define the estate’s wines, which span about 15 hectares of vineyards.
