The grapes were hand‑picked and vinified using the open‑bottle system. Fermentation lasted about a month, with temperatures controlled between 14 °C and 16 °C. The wine aged for three months in stainless‑steel tanks. Its aroma is very subtle, dominated by floral notes of roses and mint‑pepper. The taste is delicate, highlighting floral flavors with a very fresh finish.
