Quinta dos Monteirinhos Sparkling wine, made exclusively from the red grapes of the Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz varieties, grown on vineyards that receive excellent sun exposure and are situated on sandy and granite soils. Vinification: The must ferments at low temperatures, around 15 °C, achieved by direct pressing of the grapes. A second fermentation is carried out using the traditional Champagne method with wild yeast. Maturation: 12 months on fine lees.
