“This Touriga Franca from Quinta Seara D’Ordens, grown in their oldest vines, is a delightfully uncomplicated expression of the grape. As you’d expect, it possesses a distinct personality, deeply rooted in the quinta’s unique terroir. It’s a wine that doesn't fuss – unfiltered and unstabilised – which might result in a little ‘lees contact’ in the glass, a minor quirk that, frankly, only adds to its character. Maturation in used French oak barrels lends it a silky texture and floral aromas, and it’s a perfect accompaniment to a good cigar and aged cheese.”
