Born high in the Serra de Murça, on the dramatic slopes of Sobreda and Candedo at 600 metres, this Vale D. Maria is a truly invigorating white. A classic Rabigato provides the backbone, complemented by a touch of Códega do Larinho for complexity and a refreshing dose of Arinto to keep things lively. Fermented in stainless steel, it’s a remarkably clean expression of the terroir, and frankly, it begs for a plate of grilled fish or a vibrant seafood rice – a perfect match, wouldn't you say?
