This Tejo Cabernet Sauvignon unveils a deep ruby hue, immediately delivering on its aromatic promise – a burst of blackcurrant and ripe blackberry, subtly spiced with a hint of black pepper. The texture on the palate is incredibly smooth, with tannins that gently caress the mouth, culminating in a long, lingering finish – almost a whisper of oak, a nod to the region's traditional winemaking techniques. Wonderful with a perfectly grilled steak, or perhaps lost in the complexity of a good Silbo Preto.
