Santiago Ruiz is one of those wines that will not go unnoticed by any enthusiast of Galician white wines. It boasts a unique personality thanks to a blend of native grape varieties, in the style of the finest wines from O Rosal. It is crafted following Santiago Ruiz’s philosophy, founder of the estate, until a white wine of excellent aromatic richness and body is achieved. For curiosity’s sake, more than 50 years ago his eldest daughter, Isabel, celebrated her wedding at the family estate. To help guests find the San Miguel de Tabagón cellar, she drew a map. Her father was so enchanted by this detail that it has survived to our day as the label of his most emblematic albariño.
