Originating from a vineyard in Barsac, near the legendary Premier Cru Classé Château Climens, the Cuvée 79 is a sweet white wine crafted from Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle grapes affected by Botrytis cinerea, also known as noble rot. This fungus enables the creation of sweet, aromatic wines with stone‑fruit notes, honeyed aromas and a unique character.
