Description

This Scylla from the Douro is a real little gem – it’ll quite literally knock your socks off. Scoring 17.5 points from Grandes Escolhas, it’s a deeply concentrated and incredibly fresh wine, a remarkable feat considering its roots in Castra Nova. The tannins are surprisingly mature and refined, beautifully highlighting the wine’s mineral character, driven by those vibrant Tourigas Francesas and Touriga Nacional grapes. Seriously, it’s superb with a good grilled fish and leaves a lasting impression.
