This Sequito, hailing from the demarcated Vinho Verde region, clearly benefited from a rather focused approach. The fermentation, true to its name, was clearly aimed at retaining the vibrant character of the Loureiro, Azal, and Trajadura grapes. A bold choice, promising a light and lively wine – ideally paired with grilled white fish and a squeeze of lemon, wouldn’t you say?
