Born from the Soalheiro Nature, it celebrates the heritage of Melgaço, where the Alvarinho grape, once limited to secluded plots, now fully expresses its potential. With a lauded vintage (93/100 Revista de Vinhos), the wine delivers those wonderfully persistent, fine bubbles – a clear sign of its character. The stainless steel fermentation, enhanced by the innovative use of “Pérolas de Leveduras” – a pioneering Portuguese technique – leads to an extended, complex secondary fermentation in the bottle. Drawing upon the distinctive microclimate of the Monção and Melgaço vineyards, shielded by mountains and granitic soils, this sparkling wine is a testament to the dedication to Alvarinho and the relentless pursuit of perfection.
